Refund and Returns Policy

Overview


Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Certain types of items are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases

Additional Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care items

To process your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds
In certain circumstances, only partial refunds are granted, such as:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to post.
  3. Reach out to your bank, as there may be processing delays.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@buymounjaronow.com.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send the refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed of your return.

Shipping Returns
To return your product, please mail it to the address provided when contacting us.

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary. For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
